I was able to step out of the business and start working on a vision and the direction of where the gym is going. I started working on a book and now have a clear vision of where we are going. Now, everyday I come in and see my team putting in their best work. All my clients are happy, they are getting the best service, even better than when I was doing it on my own. It has been a huge, huge help to me and I’m looking forward to implementing more of the Simple Operations system into the gym and growing this business, taking it to the next level.
